Full-bodied, crisp and playful, the aromas of ripe tropical fruits, pear and melon, 
and floral notes complement its luminous golden color. On the palate, though, it 
gives off yellow apple, citrus and a hint of almond delivering a medium-high 
acidity, medium-bodied, dry white.

Pairs well with soft and aged hard cheeses, seafood, poultry, and salads.
The two varieties that make up this blend - Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane - are both 
grown in the specific viticulture micro zone of Napareuli. The two distinctly 
different grape varieties combine beautifully for this rarely encountered gem.

Its PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status proves its provenance as a 
product from the Napareuli micro zone, and a mark of its excellence.

Enjoyed best chilled between 10-12ºC.
