Description
Jam (Varenie) is obtained by boiling fruits or berries, for the purpose of canning, more often for the winter. Unlike marmalade, confiture and jam, varenie is prepared in such a way that the ingredients retain their shape, has a non-uniform consistency, and consists of a more or less liquid syrup and individual pieces of fruit, or even small fruits and whole berries.
Cherry jam has always been considered a classic. Amazing color, aroma and taste made it an excellent dessert for tea, milk or ice cream. Can be used when baking muffins, cakes, pies, pancakes, cooking jelly, mousse, soufflé.
Ingredients: Cherry, water, sugar, glucose syrup.
