The caviar egg’s coloring ranges from a light-ish to dark orange, and usually a medium-large size, 3-5 mm. It is mildly salty and has a slightly bitter aftertaste.

This caviar is ideal for sandwiches and canapes, as well as for decorating traditional and festive dishes.
