Irkoff’s Traditional red caviar is farmed from Gorbusha (pink) salmon -
the most commonly found variety of salmon.

The caviar egg’s coloring ranges from a light-ish to dark orange, and 
usually a medium-large size, 3-5 mm. It is mildly salty and has a slightly 
bitter aftertaste.

This caviar is ideal for sandwiches and canapes, as well as for 
decorating traditional and festive dishes.
