- How do I order?
Very easy. Just place your order through the website. It is very easy. We accept all major cards. No extra charge or commission on online transactions.
- How would I know if the product i want is in stock?
We update our inventory system daily. 99% whatever you see on the website is in stock. Moreover if we have confirmed incoming stocks, you will be able to pre-order the goods with the delivery after we receive the sticks.
- How would I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a notification via email or SMS.
- How would I know if my order is on the way?
You will receive a notification via SMS or email once our driver or rider is on the way.
- What if my order is late?

Due to increase of the rate of delivery services like Lalamove, Gogovan, Grab etc, we have to change our delivery rates too:
FREE for orders above 200 dollars.
5$ for orders from 100 to 200 dollars.
9$ for orders below 100$
