  • How do I order?

Very easy. Just place your order through the website. It is very easy. We accept all major cards. No extra charge or commission on online transactions. 

  • How would I know if the product i want is in stock?

We update our inventory system daily. 99% whatever you see on the website is in stock. Moreover if we have confirmed incoming stocks, you will be able to pre-order the goods with the delivery after we receive the sticks.

  • How would I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a notification via email or SMS.

  • How would I know if my order is on the way?

You will receive a notification via SMS or email once our driver or rider is on the way.

  • What if my order is late?
We will try our best to deliver your order on time. In case any unforeseen event we will inform you beforehand.
  • What if there's a missing OR spoilt item on your order?
Inform the rider OR call us immediately to arrange re-delivery or refund for the missing item. We are taking a picture of every bag we are dispatching, so we can check this together.
  • What is the order and delivery timing?
We are working 6 days per week. Closed on Monday. For today's delivery. please place your order before 7.30pm. We deliver from 11am to 9pm. 
  •  Can I do self-collection?
YES! There is a self collection option on the website? You may choose the date and time of collection. Self-collection option is free, regardless of how much is your order value. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
In most of the cases 1 to 2 hours depending on your location & the timing that you requested. If items you ordered require cooking, expect the delivery time from 1 to 2 hours, if not, it might be less than 1 hour, depends on your location.
  • How much is the delivery charge?
    Due to increase of the rate of delivery services like Lalamove, Gogovan, Grab etc, we have to change our delivery rates too:
    FREE for orders above 200 dollars. 
    5$ for orders from 100 to 200 dollars. 
    9$ for orders below 100$
