Typified by its deep, dark cherry color, this dry Saperavi gives off aromas of 
cherries, blackcurrants, and blackberry hints. Add in notes of prunes on the palate 
and with its rich tannins you will get a lively, long-lasting finish.

Roast beef or lamb, grilled meats, and strong cheese are all good pairings.

Georgia’s flagship grape – especially from the Kindzmarauli appellation in 
Kakheti – is harvested by hand and at the optimum maturity to make the most of 
its characteristics in this wine.

Aged in oak after its fermentation in steel vats.
