Notes of citrus, honey and nuts come through from this dry amber wine from the 
Kakheti region. The complex taste profile is balanced, with dried fruit, honey and 
spices, and the balance of acidity and tannins make this a great food wine.
Pair it with spicy dishes, chicken stews or rich, creamy sauces.
This unique, bold wine is crafted from native Georgian Rkatsiteli grapes and aged 
in Qvevri – traditional clay vessels – that are buried in the ground during the 
aging.

Amber – often labelled Orange – wines have a rich history in Georgia and are 
produced using white grapes but allowing extended contact with the skin to 
infuse color and flavor to the wine. It can also increase tannins, adding to the 
flavor complexity.
This sustainable and environmentally friendly aging process imparts its unique 
earthiness.
