Red fruits dominate this ruby red wine and, typical of superior Saperavi grapes, it 
has a rich flavor profile and young tannins coming through at the end.

The “Didgori 900” release pairs perfectly with red meats and cheeses.

Saperavi is an ancient grape variety native to Georgia, and this example is 
produced following the traditional, centuries-old process of ageing in Qvevri - a 
handmade clay vessel – for 2 months after fermentation on chacha.

Best enjoyed chilled between 16-18ºC.
