This classic Kindzmarauli is characterised by its Saperavi grape’s 
recognisable bright ruby colour, and offers powerful aromas full of jammy 
blackberries and fresh blackcurrants. These flavours continue into the palate 
along with a lively acidity and sweetness giving a powerful, prolonged finish.

Pair with any traditional Georgian dishes, but also white meats and fruit.

Hand-picked at the peak of their sweetness, the grapes are put through 
controlled steel tank fermentation before 5 to 7 days of maceration to reach 
the desired sugar levels. It is then immediately chilled to 0ºC to retain the 
sweetness before bottling.

Best served between 14-16ºC
