For the production of Barrister's Sloe Gin, carefully gathered blackthorn (sloe) berries from the Caucasus region of Russia are being used.

Its color is dark and ruby. Its flavor is rich, intense, a sweet aroma with notes of almond, carnation, sloe, herbs and spices. It has a full-bodied taste, intensely smooth with notes of wild cherry, sloe and a balanced aftertaste. 

The gin is served neat or with ice as aperitif. It is also perfect for making cocktails.
