This cheese is handcrafted with authentic oak wood smoking in the village of Kőröstetétlen, Hungary, preserving its artisan character through manual shaping. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk with less than 45% fat in dry matter, offering a mild taste and softer texture. Hajdu’s Parenyica is celebrated for quality, winning awards such as Product of the Year 2017 in Hungary.
