This Saperavi has its signature dark-plum coloring, with an inky finish around the 
rim. Its aromas are full of jammy blackberries and strawberries, with a flow 
through to the palate. A lively acidity and sweetness from the grape give a fun, 
prolonged finish.
Pair with any traditional Georgian dishes, but also red meats, blue cheese, and 
chocolate.
Hand-picked at the peak of their sweetness, the Saperavi grapes are put through 
controlled steel tank fermentation before 5-7 days of maceration to reach the 
desired sugar levels. It is then immediately chilled to 0ºC before bottling.
